Brian Calhoun Summer Sportsfest a Huge Success!

Oak Creek, WI - This summer, more than 400 people from the local area  had the opportunity to join local sports celebrity and Detroit Lions RB, Brian Calhoun, and other sports celebrities in hosting the inaugural Brian Calhoun Sportsfest at Oak Creek High School on June 29 & 30, 2008.

The Sportsfest consisted of a free football and cheerleading camp, 
celebrity basketball game, and a celebrity bowling event.  Local kids 
were provided with the opportunity to mix, mingle, and learn valuable 
insights from some NFL players in regards to what it takes to be 
successful in school, sports and life. Each participant received 
excellent instructions from the HS coaching staff and also had the 
opportunity to mix it up with Brian and some of his NFL friends.
